Battle Stations 21:

Battle Stations 21 is an $82.5 million training facility at the Navy's Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois.  This state of the art training facility is loaded with cutting edge, multi-sensory technology, seamlessly integrated with architecture and engineering.  Battle Stations 21 uses theme park and theatre technology to simulate battle conditions aboard a mock battle ship.  
 
In order to design and realize the scope of Battle Stations over a half-dozen special effects and entertainment firms collaborated on this one of a kind 21st century simulator. Designlab was brought in to integrate the lighting control and rigging systems and to provide a majority of the theatrical and effects lighting, dimming & support.
