Ron had been working as a designer and technical director since graduating from the University of Wisconsin system in '92, finally as the production manager for a road house/theatre/arts center in Wisconsin.

He now runs the rental warehouse, takes care of the DesignLab IT systems and in his spare time does occasional productions.
